On 10th September, the Center for Research on Development Communication (RED) will hold the workshop in order to share the research results, analysis of the Draft Law on Fees and Charges. In the framework of the project namely "Communication cooperation which contributes to improve economic policy", RED invited Mr. Le Xuan Truong and Mr. Vu Sy Cuong as a group of experts to research and analyse the Draft Law on Fees and Charges. This Draft Law is expected to be considered for approval by National Assembly at the 10th session of the upcoming  XIII National Assembly. The result of analysis of experts raised some problems and foreseen impact of Draft Law on relevant groups including individuals, households, organizations and enterprises. Analytical results were consulted by experts in economics, finance, policy at central and locality, experts in other fields, public consultation through online tools which be collected and submitted to the Drafting Committee.
