On 20th July 2011, in Hanoi, Justice Initiative Facilitation Fund (JIFF) and the Centre for Research on Development Communication (RED Communication) signed a funding agreement for project financing "Communication for justice reform". The project aims to connect and enhance opportunities for VNGOs in judicial activities in order to protect the rights of vulnerable groups and contribute to the realization of reform strategy as well as judicial law.
