At 8h30 on March 28, 2018, in Hanoi, RED in collaboration with Department of Gender Equality - Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs held aworkshop named "Communication on Gender Equality of State Agencies”. The purpose of workshop is to raise awareness on the role of gender equality communication of state agencies based on the following sides: Who do-> what to do -> how -> when -> where -> what resources? ... in order to find out the situation as well as make some recommendations for the coming time.

The workshop was chaired by Mr. Pham Ngoc Tien, Director General, Department of Gender Equality - Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Do Quy Doan - journalist / media expert. Participants included leaders and officials in charge of gender equality in ministries and departments; press agencies; international and Vietnamese NGOs working in the field of Gender.
