September, 10th, 2014 in Hanoi, RED and Irish Aid – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade RED signed a cooperation agreement to survey about the demand, speech capacity/expressions of CSOs.

The survey was conducted nationally, with a total of 100 organizations including CSOs, CBOs, some organizations belong to Vietnam’s Fatherland Front and press agencies.

The time of survey between November and December 2014. The conducting group will include media experts and development experts.

This survey is the first step of activities in framework of “Enhancing Speech Capacity and Expressions for CSOs which RED and partner will be implementing in the next 2 years
